Kharitonov is currently riding a 5-fight winning streak but he has not competed in MMA since July 2015.

I vaguely recall that Bellator MMA were trying to hire SK. Did they ever make progress in the negotiations (if said negotiations ever happened in the first place)?

If Sergei ever competes in Bellator MMA, I would like him to battle someone who is undefeated (like Dhafir Harris, for example).

By the way, I am completely serious when I say that I want to see Sergei Kharitonov vs. Dhafir Harris.

He was supposed to fight at Bellator 154 but got sick. Idk if he has another fight lined up.

Yeah he had to cancel because he was sick. He's back to training but so far no fight scheduled.

I see.

Hopefully, SK will return to MMA soon. I don't care which organization he chooses to be in.

He was doing kickboxing and MMA so his MMA competition was sporadic. But he is signed with Bellator and will probably fight this summer.

Should have went to the UFC.

Sergei vs Hunt

Sergei vs JDS

Sergei vs Struve

Sergei vs Bigfoot

Sergei vs Browne

All great, exciting fights that he can actually win based on the match ups even though he is FAR past his prime.

I lost some respect for him for clowning Alex. Then he stopped juicing (his backne in pride is legendary) and got slower and fatter. He's done.

Not that I know of but I have friends in The Russian MMA scene if I hear anything it will be posted..
Also another great guy is Robert Turnquest , he fought maxim Divinich April 9th and lost by tko, but he invited me to have drinks and asked me to take a picture with him on his phone...

Lol yeah clearly look juiced in Pride...

He had multiple around 2006-2007 injuries and got fatter because of that. He also got bigger with age, don't forget he was only 23 when competing in the Pride GP.

He would be easily top 5 in the UFC, stop hating.

I'm not hating-I like Sergei, but it seems he stopped taking his training and fighting seriously, which really showed in his attitude and intensity. I don't totally disagree with you in that he could have success in the ufc, but maybe top 10 would be more realistic.
