If you really want to gain weight, you need to eat, end of story. There's nothing magic about supplements, they are just a convenient way to get extra protien and vitamins.

Start drinking a gallon of milk a day, and eating 3 meals + snacks between meals every day, and you'll gain weight.

Stuff like Nitro Tec and Cell Tec are highly overrated. They have a shit ton of calories so unless you work out like 2-4 hours a day, you're gonna be gaining fat with your muscle. If I was as 145 Ibs. Then I'd probably use it.

But for me I use Satur8. It's fairly new stuff. It's got a whole lot of creatine in it and only 12 calories. Creatine is the way to go. The stuff they got out there now, its insane when you take it. You become so motivated to lift and work out. I definitly recommend it.

For more info check out bodybuilding.com and they can give you a helluva lot more information on supplements.

Gaining weight is quit simple, its all about calories. If your trying to put on alot of weight cut down on the amount of cardio your doing. Eat about 6 meals a day. Good protein sources are Fish Chicken Eggs Peanuts and try not to load up on red meat. Eat clean carbs: brown rice, sweet potatos, whole grain breads, stay away from white bread. You also need some good fats. Some fish like salmon are high in good fats. If you don't eat salmon try some supplements like Fish oil or Flax seed oil. Try something like a 40/40/20 ratio of protein/carbs/fat. At the end of the day it comes down to eating more calories then you spent. The cleaner the diet the better your results.

Products like cell-tech are not overrated just overpriced. All it is is creatine with dextrose. The same results could be had be taking pure creatine with a gatorade. Post work out is the one time in the day you want to consume simple carbs like dextrose/sugar.

Only two supplements are worth using; whey protien and the odd creatine cycle.

Everything else can be done with diet.

The greatest muscle gain I ever experienced was when I used the framework for the Zone diet (the first high in protien diet to take the world by storm, except not unhealthy like that Atkins shit) but I ingested the amount of food required for the most active person who was fifteen pounds heavier than me would require.

Worked like a charm. It was pretty sustainable muscle mass too.

You would have to drink a gallon of gatorade to equal the 75g of dextrose thats in CellTech.

I would focus on increasing my calories adding some fish oils, glutamine, and protein along with a greens supplement and a multi vitamin...you might not need to take a vitamin depending on what greens supplement you take.

I just stick with the basics. Vitamins, Whey, Fish/flax oil, and creatine when I'm on a bulking cycle. I'm sure Ronnie gets a nice little paycheck from MassStack to promote it. Whether or not it is effective, i'm sure most of his gains and size could be attributed to things along the line of d-bol or deca.
