Does anyone hear a huge resemblance in these scores? Damn near copy.

I just watched the Suspiria clip Amazon dropped and towards the end it plays some of the music Thom Yorke composed for the film and I said to myself, "I know this..."

After a couple of seconds, it popped in my head. it's fucking Fabio Frizzi's score from The Beyond!

Am I the only one who hears how similar it is? The pacing may be a bit different but damn near identical.

Plus a shitload of scary movies in the 80's used that same type of piano note to build tension so you cant really saying hes copying this particular person

I just watched both videos on mute, and They sound the same.

Didn't need to watch the second video as I love The Beyond, yeah either that's a homage, a copy, or an incredible coincidence. That's the same song Emily plays on the piano in The Beyond (that's also used elsewhere in the film).
Maybe Thom got confused as both original movies have a German Shepherd ripping out a blind person's throat after the dog was influenced by dark forces.
