Does anyone fight both stances?

I'm naturally left handed but I learnt to fight orthodox in Kyokushin, so now I can fight both stances pretty well.

I trained 3 years orthodox, then was out due to injury...after that, I've trained the past two years dual stance and am very happy about it.

It opens up a lot of unique combos to be fluid in both.

Well, it seems like more traditional martial arts naturally have the practitioner use both sides, so I've used both sides a lot in my Shotokan classes. It's pretty normal for me.

I believe there will always be one we feel a bit more "natural" in but we can drill the second side to a pretty high level as well.

Thanks for the great replies.

I can fight both stances but I preffer orthodox, I use southpaw almost exclusively in sparring.

I fight in both stances; i mostly fight south paw when i have a big reach advantage, and want more power in my lead hand; i fight with my left foot in front when i'm fighting someone the same size as me.
