Does a fighter develop a glass/granite chin over time or is it genetics?

Settle down a bit, friend. If you use the information super highway it's easy to find dozens of articles, including interviews with neurologists, that suggest strengthening your neck muscles is the best way to lessen your susceptibility to concussions, loss of motor control (ie wobbly legs), and being KOed. The gif was obviously a joke.
