Do you think Zuffa will keep Coker on board after tonight?

I figure they will just reposition him like they did with Reed Harris.

It'd be cool if they did in some capacity, but I don't think it's happening. Outside of the fighters, Zuffa is gonna completely wash their hands of SF.

I hope they replace Dana with him.
Not on making decisions, but on interview, etc.

he is much better speaking to the cameras, does not drop any F bombs and is also well liked by the fighters.

he could help improve UFC more into the mainstream, exactly for those people who gets turned off by Dana's foul language..

If he takes that role all we'll get is "Thats a question for Sean" "Thats a question for Dana" etc.

It would make a lot of sense for them to keep Scott. Especially as the UFC expands globally, and they have multiple events all over the place.

I don't think it could hurt to employ a third person who has had experience running a large pro MMA organization.

I'd like to say yes, but I don't think they will.

I doubt he will want to stay. After all that has happened...
Hope he partners up with Sefo.

I don't think so, but I hope so. He and his team have done an excellent job with matchmaking over the last couple of years without a big stable of fighters. Strikeforce cards have been a lot of fun recently, more so than even the UFC imo.

He'll just go and start some other org and then he'll sell it.

I hope he does and he really should. He's one of the top guys in his profession in NA, makes no sense why they wouldn't move to an executive position. The UFC is expanding and they will open more branches and hire more guys. Why not hire cokor who is good at what he does?

I don't see why they would. They already have their own staff and crew to run the UFC.

Coker is defintely a man with great ability - I'm sure there are things he can still do for the UFC.
