Unless Nate wins (setting up a rematch), this fight will probably be the biggest money fight they will get, unless they want to do some kind of Nick Diaz "Revenge for brother" fight. Nick has talked many times about retiring, with the money they're earning, I'm not sure how much but I'm sure this card will pay a lot of $$. Do you think this could lead to retirement?

Doubt it. Costs a lot of money to buy the kids at their BJJ school better gear. Both Diazs have social anxiety so I doubt they'd want to travel around and do seminars that much.

Why would NICK retire based off his brothers short notice fight results?

What are they, Siamese twins?

I almost think Conor is hoping to fight them both. Beat Nate, and then go after his big brother.

Notice how he kept referring to Nate as 'Nick's little brother'?

That would be incredibly cool actually, if Conor wanted to help both of them out financially. If both earned a million or two each in the same year, you very well might see them ride off into the sunset smoking a blunt and twirling nunchucks.

i get the feeling nate diaz will lose a lot of fans after this fight - getting outtalked isnt going to resonate well w that fan base - and if he loses by stoppage, he would have gotten owned at his own game sorta - wonder how that will go

ill still like the guy bc i think hes a sick fighter, esp his boxing technique - thats why im a fan of both diaz bros
