So watching Chael's rant on him not re-signing with UFC & he dropped this line & it kinds of hit me hard & I couldn't find anything so I could refute Cheal here. The guy fought Who's who in both LW & WW. Only guy that comes in my mind has to be Overeem. But he also fought his fare share of cans.

This is RDA's last 15 fights
Khabib, Nate, Benson, Pettis, Cowboy, Eddie, Tony, Saffiedine, Magny, Lawler, Covington, Usman, Lee, Edwards, Chiesa.

    Absolutely Mindblowing.

Those were prime Pettis and Cowboy as well. Much, much different then the ones we see today.

Apparently RDA had an interview where he said he has only one fight left in his UFC contract & he is not sure whether UFC would re-sign him or not.

I know, when I read your post it sounded like u were saying RDA isn't re-signing.

He wants to, and I guess the decision hasnt been made yet by UFC but he didnt sound very confident in whether or not he'll get a new contract.

Impressive as hell but Hendo's last 20-25 fights are hard to beat imho. Vitor and Weidman's last ~15 fights are up there too.

No where in the video did Chael say RDA is not resigning. He has one more fight on his contract.

His list of opponents are top notch.

The hard match ups are the price to pay for being the high caliber fighter he is,and not be on DFW “ friends “ list.

I don’t blame him for taking it,since one or two wins would get him a TS for sure, and I definitely don’t blame him for being worried, since he is exactly in the kind of position DFW uses to lowballs fighters when the negotiations begin.

I wish him well and if its better for him to find something out there, why not?

Never ever thought that. I thought only that he was truly an elite competitor.

All the old school guys that fought in tournament had much harder careers. Guys like Igor Vovchanchyn look at how many fights the guy has. I'm pretty sure at one point he won 3 NHB tournament inside one month!
