Do you think Khabib could become the MMA goat and surpass Fedor?

He has pretty much almost tied Fedor's original run/undefeated streak. He has also dominated and gotten better with each fight.

If nobody chickens out, he could be 27-0 if he beats Tony then Conor. Where would that put him?

If he beats Tony, then Conor and then clears out whatever is left in his division and lets say finishes off 30-0 or 33-0 or something like that.

Would that make him the MMA goat? or LW goat?

Yeah because 25-0 in MMA and 9-0 in the UFC at 29 years old is more than most can say they have done.

But back on topic if he beats both Tony and Conor then continues to go onto 30-0 he is definitely the best. He would be 30-0 with wins over RDA, Michael Johnson, Edson Barboza, Tony Ferguson, Conor McGregor twice (because lets be real here the UFC gonna be giving him that rematch if he were to lose) and whoever the next 3 people are after him, which from the looks of it would be Eddie, Poirier, or Lee.

That's one fucking crazy record considering the lightweight division is the creme de la creme, the most talent rich division in the UFC.

No. Thats a normal fight record for 99% of fighters.

The difference is that Fedor was number 1 and fighting guys that had no business being in the ring at all. It would be like the UFC booking CM punk to fight Ngannou. That stretches out the undefeated streak and was a product of Japanese MMA and the time. Noone in the UFC or modern MMA has the same experience as Fedor.

The difference is that a guy like Fedor or GSP was fighting for years and years at the very top. Georges has won more title fights than Khabib has had fights in the UFC. I don't think Khabib gets elevated anywhere near Fedor or GSP.
