What is the chance that he is actually completely faithful?

And if he isnt will it hurt his chances at taking the presidency.

I personally do not believe that Trump is faithful. I think he has high end call girls visit his jet and private "get aways" like a boss.

I don't think anything like infidelity will hurt him. People are mad at politicians right now, they see Trump as the anti-politician. People are desperate for something new, and any affairs he may have had won't matter right now to the voter. That's my opinion.
