I still watch blu-ray and DVDs. Not as much as I'll watch streaming or online but I still watch DVDs/blu-ray and I still buy them too.

I don't even have a BluRay/ DVD player anymore since my PS4 took a dump and I got a Xbox Series S which doesn't have a disc drive.

I got a blu-ray player for around $40. Well worth it to me.

Yeah I'm gonna get a PS5 eventually. I just got a Series S because my PS4 took a dump during Lockdowns and you couldn't find anything else at the time.

Aren't they still impossible to buy? Unless you pay the 300% mark up value. At least when I was looking that's how it was.

You can't just go online or into a store and buy one but you can find them if you really try. You have to track when they drop and bid right away My coworker has bought 3 of them. He had to drive to Arizona a few times though. It's pretty insane they have been out for over a year and you still can't just buy one.

Are they really? I've had mine almost a year.

I looked a few times last year and Everytime I searched for them they were all sold out or people bought a lot of them and sold them for 3x the value.

But it also wasn't something I was searching hard for either.

That was pretty much my game plan lol no wonder why I couldn't find any.

I still collect blurays. The sound I get from streaming is just not as good as bluray. I stream new movies, and buys the ones I like. I like owning a movie permanently, with streaming, if the service you subscribe to lose it, then you don't have it anymore.

still buy blu ray/4k stuff,. but i tend to buy stuff i can't find on prime or netflix.

Yes. Not everything is available to stream and I don’t torrent anything so I’ve got a mid-size collection of DVDs and blu rays. For the past two months I’ve been making my way through my James Bond blu ray collection with my wife. Tonight we watched the Living Daylights. Only ten movies left to go out of 26 (including Never Say Never Again).

DVD cartoons are still a good way to distract a child.

Also my old man has a dvd player at work (he's a security guard), and I buy stuff for him to kill time.

For myself I only get DVD's when there's no option of obtaining something digitally.

I used to have lots of DVD's but I handled them recklessly, so most of them don't even work anymore.

I've still got all my old dvds and Blu-ray's but I haven't bought anything in years.

Between Netflix, Amazon and Sky (HBO Series and most movies) I'm pretty much covered for everything.
