In my opinion he's cleaned out the division for the most part. His biggest challenge was Benavidez who he beat twice, the second being more decisive. Mccall arguably beat him in their first fight but MM has improved tremendously sense then, so i dont see Mccall winning a rematch. He beat Moraga, Bagautinov, and Cariaso convincingly. The only potential opponents i see left are Horiguchi and Dodson. Horiguchi looked good against gaudinot but his stand up relied heavily on being faster than his opponent and using quick counters, and hes not faster than DJ so I don't see that game plan working out well. Given one more shot I think Dodson could surprise some people and take a close decision but that fight is way down the line because of his injury. Aside from that i don't see anyone beating DJ unless he moves to bw.

There is still some challenges ahead. I'd be interested to see Horiguchi, Lineker, or a rematch with Dodson or McCall next.

Uncle Creepy or Dodson. Either guy in my opinion currently has a 50/50 chance. I'm a big fan of all three fighters, so I'm happy either way. If I had it my way Uncle Creepy would get the belt!

Horiguchi needs some grooming but I think the dude has the best upside in the division. Maybe a couple more fights and a part time move to the US for training camps would make him the biggest threat to MM.

Dodson always has a punchers chance. Dude has nasty power for a Flyweight.

Scoggins is another guy who is still raw but can make a splash in the future.

Then theres always guys like Formiga, Lineker, Creepy, and Benavidez.

I don't see anyone that can right now....the fight that has potential would be Horiguchi, simply cause he's great defensively and can match his speed. Otherwise...Dodson, has the power but can he connect.

He is the soundest fighter technically for sure, not only in the division but possibly in all the sport. His shots remind me of GSP in his mid to late 20's. The Thiago Alves fight a prime example. Still, I would like to see a rematch with Dodson. He got dropped twice by hooks from Dodson in the early rounds. If he gets by him again he should consider moving back up to BW, or just sat at Fly and dominate for a long, long time.

Henry cejudo is moving down to 125, said he was going to do a practice cut before taking a FW fight. Cejudo and Horiguchi are definitely future title contenders.

I agree. I like Horiguchi's chances standing, but I don't think his grappling is good enough to beat Might Mouse.

I think DJ would get him on the ground and keep him there or submit him.

Dodson and Horiguchi could both be champions in that division if it were not for MM. MM is just too good, and getting better every fight. His pace is just too much for most fighters, and he's good everywhere. He's also got one of the best coaches in MMA in Matt Hume. That being said, I really want to see him fight Dodson and Horiguchi.

Based on past performances I'd say Dodson but I highly doubt Dodson becomes a better martial artist at this point, he's just too in love with his own power. MM has a good fight IQ and a good team behind him and should be better prepared for someone as one minded as Dodson come the rematch.

Dodson. He was winning their first fight and had MM hurt multiple times until he slowed down. He's been working tremendously on pacing himself and being smart. He's the only one that has the boxing and speed to match MM. Not to mention he told me at the fan expo that he was gonna knock him out next time and take that title ;)
