...when outstanding grappler/wrestler with weak striking fought against outstanding striker with weak tdd and grappling?

    Maia vs Condit?
    Last Brandon Thatch's fights?
    Tumenov vs Edwards?
    So maybe...
    Khabib vs Conor?

He's not far off it, maybe more of a sub guy than pure wrestling but overall as a grappler I'd think so.

Do you remember when a striker on 10 days notice made Conor (the best striker in history ever) tap in 4 seconds?

Leave it to a hater to bring up something that's not even relevant to the thread. This is wrestler vs striker discussion, not striker vs striker discussion.

But yes, I do remember that.

Do you remember when the 10 year undefeated (GOAT) Jose Aldo got KO'd in 13 seconds by Conor McGregor?

That's another striker vs striker comparison for you.

Lol at listing Tumenov as an "outstanding grappler/wrestler with weak striking." Tumenov is a striker first.

    Casual detected.

"The patented punch that led him to known as ‘Mr. Left Hook’ has been in development since he was six years old when his father and coach, a Master of Sports specializing in boxing, introduced his young son to the sweet science and karate. After five years dedicated to those disciplines, Tumenov moved on to hand to hand combat, a field he would go on to claim two national titles in. Like his father, he went on to claim a Master of Sports degree in boxing, as well as another in hand to hand combat.
