Do you love dreams where your loved ones that have passed away are in them?

Just took a nap and I had a dream where I was at my mom's house in her room and that she needed 500 bucks and I was so happy to give it to her, then I went outside her room and saw my 2 dogs I grew up with and I gave them both hugs. I woke up and I was so happy. Happier than Ive been in years just from that dream having seen them.

I dream of my little brother and mom often... both gone about 4 years.. Funny they are the ages that I most remember them. Its wonderful in it and sad when you wake.

Yep my dad passed away in 2010. I see him in dreams all the time. Basically, flashbacks of stuff we did together camping/fishing/snowboarding.

It took a long time where I could wake up from a dream like that and not start my day all shitty. I'm at the point now where If I have one of those dreams it makes me smile a little bit.

I love dreaming and have occasionally dreamed about my deceased Grandparents. Also my dog.

Marilyn Manson said in his autobiography dreaming is the closest thing to time travel which I think is a good observation.

Woke up yesterday so upset and confused that my mum wasn't on the call when I called my step-dad.

I used to have dreams that she covered up me murdering people but I don't have them since she died. Which she and I used to have as a comfort being how much we loved each other and I trusted her to get me away with murder.

I lost my folks about 5 years ago. And they show up in my dreams often.

After my dad passed i had a few really vivid dreams about him, still remember them clearly, it wasn't good. Similar happened when Mum passed, i kept seeing ladies who looked like her up at the shops etc. Yours is a nice story though.

Almost never but I had one not long after my last grandparent passed. It felt like a chance for a final goodbye with her telling me everything is fine and not to worry. Sad but nice.

I feel indifferent when it happens.

Usually makes me sad if I harbour on it afterwards. I just take it for what it was, memories and longings coming up while I sleep.

It doesn't happen to me often but if it's a good dream it's pleasing.

It has suddenly happened a few times this week and repeatedly last night. I woke up this morning thinking about it a lot and then I saw your thread.

I had a dream like that about a friend who died.

And in my dream I was like halfway through a conversation with him.. and then I told him "wait a minute man.. you died". And he started saying "what.. I'm dead?" And freaking out. Then I woke up.
