I'm ok with extra shots that aren't thrown simply just to be a dick head. I'm usually more like the guy in the background smoking a joint.

It depends on the circumstances. If the referee is in the process of pulling them off and they continue to hit the other guy then it's likely, but even then we need to account for adrenaline.
