Do you consider Overeem an all time great heavyweight?

No.

The heavyweight division is very shallow, so Overeem has a good chance of ranking in the top 10, but there is a big skill gap between Overeem and the true heavyweight greats like DC and Stipe.

Of course.

There's no discussion about this.
Too bad he couldn't get UFC gold.

Browne, Bigfoot, and Rothwell losses are the ones he could've avoided. Doesn't sit well with me either.
His chin isn't exactly that great either for heavyweight, and he has defensive lapses as well which causes him to be hittable.

Although he has a surprisingly underrated ground game to somewhat compesate for that, instead of being a one-dimensional kickboxer that acts like a dead fish on the mat.

Wonder how he would do against Cormier...

Is there anyone else currently on the UFC roster with 18 losses?

Anthony Smith has 16 but I think Overeem has the record.
Is there anyone on the roster with 65+ mma fights ?

Him vs Cain and DC would've been interesting.

I can see top 10 all time

You have to consider Overeem an all time great heavyweight. No one is going to say he isn't.

No.
Think of all the champions there has been. He is not one of them.

DC straight up walked in from LHW and did what Overeem had years to do and could not.

Always thought of him as a roider, nothing more. Ubereem on the other hand was a sheer monster.
But hes been doing pretty good for himself for a while now. Do you think he's all time great heavyweight?

No, but an all time great of the sport? Without any doubt

A legend of the sport, sure. Overeem career spans two divisions all the way back to Pride. His longevity is crazy and his heart/determination is something else considering the number of times he's been stopped.

Depends where you have him as a great. Maybe top 10

Imagine Ubereem with Hendo's chin...

If you get the option to make a video game character and you get to pick all the stats that's basically what you'd end up with. Hook him up with some EPO while we're at it and you've got an invincible GOAT.

Yes
Top 10 All time easily

Most guys probably would have retired after getting decapitated by Ngannou, but no. He was walking around after he got knocked out like nothing happened, the guy is a fucking machine
