Do you agree with this Employee?

Why does the Walmart employee not have a nose? It's like a fish face. The "journey" is going to take him to the open ocean or something.

Agree with the employee in terms of the saying? Or agree with the employee that after the shift is over it’s not his responsibility anymore?

Time to hand him over to the night shift to learn all about stocking shelves. Pay him in free runs on the candy aisle and let him sleep in one of the playsets. Little guy will be living the American dream on smoke breaks with the fellas talking about what a bitch his mom was.

If you are talking about shift being over, I don't operate in an environment like that. It's such an archaic way of running a business.

guess its like a decent person test, if nice, will help until find the parent. If nice-ish then give the job to another co-worker after shift ends. if horrible then will leave kid after shift ends

Pro tip. If you ever find a lost kid in a crowded place, just stay right where you found him/her. Keep the kid calm. The parent will be running around looking for them and if you're also moving around, you could miss each other.

Or you could maybe take them out to your car and drive around looking for their parents? If you can't find them you could just take them back to yours so they are safe and sound. Give them a nice meal . Maybe best to secure them for the night in case they get confused in the night and end up outside somehow .

I mean , you know , theoretically speaking.

I think the employee should do more to help the kid.

Should the employee continue working when he's not being paid. The kid is in a Walmart, put him in the TV section, wait for the next shift, he'll be fine. Let the employee go home.
