Right before the spinning back fail Anderson caught him with a very short right hand that stunned him & led to his ultimate demise. Very reminiscent of the short shot that Anderson hit Chael with from the bottom right before the triangle in their first match.

Anderson's illegal shortgrabbing is what led to his demise actually but yeah I remember Anderson was able to hit him with one good shot after getting taken down in 4 seconds and held on his back for a full round. Of course, it didn't rock Chael and had nothing to do him with him slipping from his backfist but it's something for Anderson fans to hold on to.

Yeah, I even remember bringing it up to people who didn't seem to notice/were just too busy coming all over themselves over the finish/crying about the illegal knee to the head of a grounded opponent.
