Do I need to workout any more?

I wonder if TS will ever come back....
 
It sounds like you know your way around a gym, and you have a certain extent of knowledge on your body's muscles. Because of what sounds like a body building program that you followed in your past gym experiences. To be honest from my experience I don't believe it would be a issue dropping a little weight and doing MMA workouts and a simple strength routine to substitute for the major conditioning in MMA. That typically is the standard set-up that works well for most. The FAQ contains a lot of valuable information I also recommend reading over that.
