I would argue that we, north europeans, generally are unnecessarily hygenic. Maybe you get groups coming from transatlantic flights? One time I went to the US I was an especially smelly fuck because my original flight Copenhagen-Brussels-Philadelphia-Fort Lauderdale was cancelled due to a severe snow storm over half Europe. I stood in a queue for two hours and managed to get it rebooked with connecting flights in Brussels Belgium, Casablanca Morocco and Montreal, Canada. So after 36 hours+, three continents, a airport riot in Casablanca and a lot of attention from Homeland Security I wasn't exactly a spring rose.

I only sweat because I've worked out or because I've been working physical labor, shower after.

It's not hot enough to be a problem usually. Also the wife likes the smell of me as long as it's fresh. Its how you attract people in part.

Never heard of that. But I usually see some germans smear pig-fat under their arm pits after showering regularly in the gym.
