Do black gi patches bleed?

I dont wanna fuck up my gi can someone tell me how to prevent them from bleeding cuz i heard any material black will bleed.

I'd say that you should try washing it a bunch of times before you put it on your gi, hopefully that'll make it lose whatever ink it wants to without ruining you gi.

Yes, wash it so it shrinks before you sow it on. It should not bleed, but you never know.
