Belan muhamed in the butt of all the jokes in the portuguese commentary cause belal is a way to say cock in portuguese, whenever he's fighting you can expect for a bunch of sexual jokes

Yep it means that, in reality the way the commentators say his name sounds like dois anus in portuguese which means two buttholes. Mike goldberg was the one that came closest to pronounce his name right which in highsight is just ironic
