They put in on display more than almost anyone else. But that's mostly for the fans and entertainment sake. Head movement shouldn't really be your main punch defense though.

Distance management, timing and moving with strikes should be the top priorities. Anderson and Jose are really good at moving with strikes. That alone has gotten them out of some hairy situations

Head movement is way more about knowing how to roll with punches than actually dodging them, as well as using head movement to feint and dictate your opponents movements. MMA fans should all be forced to watch a lot of high level boxing to learn about real "striking."

Aldo's defense and head movement in the second Max fight were actually amazingly good. Didnt save him, but rewatch it. he trained a ton of boxing leading in the last year. It was top notch. Of course as Dede told him, "this fight is in the kicks".

I remember Aldo having way too many swollen shut eyes to be able to say he has the best head movement. Definitely good, like 8/10, but hardly near Anderson or Ali level.
