    Round 2
    Sig. Str.
    DJ = 15 of 29
    Cejudo = 11 of 33

    Total Str.
    DJ = 30 of 44
    Cejudo = 19 of 42

    Takedowns
    DJ = 0
    Cejudo = 1 of 2

    So DJ landed the more shots on the feet than Cejudo could even while holding DJ down. I'm sorry, but to be the champ, you got to BEAT the champ. Especially when he is the longest reigning champ of all time.

    DJ dominated rounds 1 and 3. Rounds 4, and 5 were close but i gave it to Cejudo. However round 2 is clearly for DJ. Getting a takedown and laying on someone for a minute shouldnt win you the fight. DJ defended 1 of 2 of the takedowns. Shouldnt those count as a point for the person defending? I did not go away thinking the better fighter won. I see DJ winning in the rematch pretty easily. Look at the fight metric total stats. DJ dominated the stats. DJ did the most damage. Those leg kicks did the most damage than anything Cejudo done in the fight. Just more proof that judging round by round is dumb and makes this more of a game rather than a fight.

    i thought DJ could have won the second, but i didn't mind it going to cejudo. it was a good, close round.

    had it 2-2 going into the fifth, and had DJ winning it. he landed some really good strikes early, and henry couldn't do much with the clinching. i don't see it going his way.

    cejudo did good and we can't call it a robbery because it was a competitive fight, but i thought johnson deserved to get the decision.

    I don’t believe DJ dominated any round. The fight metrics do not tell the whole story anybody who watches fights more than a month knows this. Happens all the time.

    For me, it could’ve been a draw but in any fight it can go either way without a finish.

    DJ's strikes were mostly leg kicks. Out of 15/29 significant strikes I bet 12 of those were leg kicks. 30/44 probably 25 leg kicks.

    Fighters should win based on leg kicks according to fight metric.

    Leg kicks dont even work,

    Just Joe Rogan filling peoples mind with false information.

    Remember how Anderson broke his shin? That happens 100 times out of 100 if you leg kick a Sherbro.

    Really? So, in a close fight it doesn't matter who wins?

    Of course, there are varying degrees of bad decisions, but a wrong decision is a wrong decision and, IMO, this was a wrong decision. Making it a robbery. DJ was robbed of a title victory.

    Don't use statistics to argue who won a fight, stats can be misleading.

    Cejudo won round 2 by landing the takedown and keeping him down.

    Johnson got thrashed. You DJ hallucinators are off your rockers. Overrated manlet DJ got shut down from start to finish.

    Crybaby paper champ DC gave the most biased commentary ive ever heard towards DJ which unfairly influenced casuals such as yourself.

    Disagree. That's just a stupid old cliche of a saying.

    Those stats don't lie, but it seems like a lot of judges don't take that into account if the busier fighter on the feet is taken and held down.

    I'd be interested to know what the judges are looking at primarily and if they're tallying up strikes. They have 4 or 5 different referees on the card who know the unified rules - I'd rather see them judge than some of the folk who are just incompetent.

    But I don't think there's ever going to be a perfect system in place.

    Super close fight. One of those fights where there is no clear winner

    I think the incredibly bias commentary has skewed the general opinion. Cejudo had more dominant moments in the fight than he is given credit for

    nah, it does matter, but when a fight is close it's difficult to say someone was robbed. i agree the decision was wrong, but there is a case to be made for henry to win it, so i can't really call it a robbery.
