We now have a champ off of a DQ because of this rule. PRIDE rules with elbows baby.
Be careful what you wish for DJ!
That's the first thing I thought about when it happened.
Sonetimes it's best just to mind your business
IM sure DJ still thinks that. He definitely wasn't tryinfgto stall
DJ wasn't salty about his loss. Dude loves the sport, is an elite competitor and probably still stands by this statement.
He probably still agrees with his statement. What is wrong with that?
I guess some people here cannot understand how it is possible to support a decision even if it did/does not directly benefit yourself.
Ok? He uses them. And he caught one. Point?
Damn first Stipe now MM ufc goats falling left and right MMA gods showing no mercy this year
Aljo would be proud of that knee
why are people acting like this is a "gotcha" moment for DJ?
has he made any statement post fight to say that grounded knees should now be illegal?
Lol why are people posting this like DJ's a hypocrite or something? He wasn't salty about the knee at all.
Sometimes you can get on your knees,
only to get another knee.
DJ never complained. He stands by his post.
I don't see the problem, DJ was not stalling, he was seriously hurt by a right uppercut moments before the knee landed, he went out as a warrior and not a stalling putz.
People are just so desperate to hate on DJ. Sad shit.
He isn't wrong.
