I train about 6x a month and have been for 7 months. Would I sign up as Novice (6 months and under) or Beginner (6 to 18 months White and Blue)

I have done two tournaments before, but they were before 6 months, just wanted to make sure of that.

i say novice should be for guys who have trained for 6 months or less AND have never competed before, i say go with beginner. It's a win win, if you win your happy, if you lose, you know you were going against guys at least as good as you if not better. Nothing to be ashamed of.

Did you place in those tourneys? How did you do? Did you outpoint them or did you submit them? If you lost, did you get your ass handed to you?
