Hi guys,

I'm not here to start a thread where we're going to argue about diuretic and their danger but to get some information about it.

I'm living in an asian country and it's hard for me to get fight in my weight division so every time I get to go down as low as I can.

So far I did it naturally just some natural diuretics but I'm goign try diuretic to go in a lower class and get way more opponent available.

So what i'm looking for is someone who already used diuretic and explain me how to use it.

I'm mean when should i start taking it,how much,ect....

If you prefer you can contact me through Pm

Thanks a lot.

u should check out t-nation.com ur find alot more info quik in there, also search the pages this has been answered 10times already proly. U dont get tested?

Thanks bro,

I'll post something other there but that's more for body building...

No really what I'm looking for.

Anyone else could help me with that?

What did you have to do to get there?

I heard he used furosemide and died of an electrolyte imbalance and dehydration due to taking bad advice off the internet.

Taken straight from the Grappler's Guide to Nutrition's section of weight cutting: Dandelion root is the best diuretic for cutting weight because it is natural and will not harm your body.

Based on that I went with Uva Ursi (another natural herb) to cut weight. I just followed the instructions on the bottle and I was set.

**I'm retarded.. didnt realize this was an old thread**

Team Dragonfire,

no thats great.... I needed the advice. Sorry i bumped it, but i want to know what i can do to make me weight...

cut sodium in your diet?

what day is the weigh in?

i meant in terms of when the weigh in relative to the fight...day before, few hours before the fight, etc...because you can adjust your diet/plan accordingly....
