District 9 & Chappie, what do you think.

Haven't seen Chappie but didn't rate District 9 much at all. It started off okay I guess but then turned into a boring sci-fi shooter

Loved em both.

Had to re-watch D9 to appreciate it, but those two movies are superb, IMO

Elysium was fantastic, as well.

District 9 is awesome. I enjoyed Chappie the first time I saw it, but tried to watch it again and I couldn't even make it through. It's just not a well written movie. The characters are completely one dimensional and it just gets boring.

Blomkamp needs to hire a writer to fix up his scripts from now on. Chappie and Elysium were both painfully bad in that regard.
