distended ab wall

ALlways wondered what caused distended abs...its like you see 165lb guys ripped to shreds but abs stick out so far makes them look weird....I know for sure Human growth hormone can cause it but what else.....just curious...??

Maybe they need their intestines cleaned out? Hydrocolonic therapy would do the trick. Or it could be that they just have a large abdomen...
