Not that conor doesn't deserve getting backlash over his defeat, but acting like he is a loser who quits over nothing, takes away any value from nates biggest victory.

Sports 101 people:The victor is as good as the people he has beaten...

Agreed

Nate isn't a bad win by any means though. He is as tough as they come

You know what takes away from Nates victory? Demanding a rematch, and not just accepting the loss and moving on. It as if Conor is saying its was fluke.

Aren't they better than the people they have beaten?

You actually believe it's Conor "demanding" the rematch?

The one who is demanding the rematch is Dana. He needs to protect the reputation of his golden goose Conor. This is all about money. But it's a win for everyone involved. Dana gets a chance to preserve his golden goose. Conor gets a chance to redeem himself. Nate gets a big payday. The fans are happy to see another hype machine fight.

The only losers here are the fans who want to see actual championship bouts and the integrity of the sport preserved.

The problem is that most people don't care if they're disrespecting Nate. They're perfectly fine with it if it makes Conor look worse. Same goes for Aldo, Chad and all of his other opponents.
