I am about to change things up a bit and go on a carb cycle starting on Monday.
 
allright so heres the thing the first 20 lbs have come off purty quick, but we have definitely stalled out on a plateau. Ive been hanging north and sounth of 235 for a couple of weeks now and I need to do something different. It could be I have adjusted to the routine, or it could be I havent been that religous with the routine, it could be that ive been doing 65 hour weeks, or it could be muscle growth, but im a bit bored and I need to start getting creative.

SO Today will be the last day of the routine and I am not sure if I will revamp to go mediterranean more or carb cycle, but it will have to change.

I also want to put in dsome more HIIIT stuff in to the work outs.

SO anyway this morning was 2 poached eggs nd a piece of toast
