the reason he couldn’t recover this time is because conditioning plays a huge part which was effected by the weight cut. It was not a smart idea to drop down but since he got finished this time around I believe the outcome would be the same even at 135 lbs. You can only take so many shots.

Cutting weight makes your chin worse. Drains the fluid protecting your brain.

Was he dropped in the 2nd Garbrandt fight?

Honestly Cejudo was just more merciless and his wrestling didn't allow Dillashaw to get any room.

Really seems like the whole outcome was based on Cejudo's positives and that's it. Just a better, smarter fighter than Garbrandt, and a better fighter than Dillashaw.

I like his fighting style and his personality doesn't bug me as much as it does most other people around here, but he even seemed a little off in the interviews. His speech is slower and something's not right. He should just forget about 125 it's too low for him. Dana wants to kill off the division anyways. It was a bad idea he should just forget about it and move on.

If you watch the interview TJ says it repeatedly that Cody hit him right on the chin and dropped him,...lol its just funny as fuck that he is using that as an example of how he recovered and won that fight whereas in this fight he got hit behind the ear so it put him off balance and got pushed down,...shiiiiittttt as buddy on 'The Wire' would say lol...

It’s his natural instinct to be attracted to the earth, more specifically subterrenean tunnels and connecting caves where each one of his species returns to when reaching adulthood. The older he gets, the more attracted he will become until one day he’ll return to his rightful home.

This deserves more likes.

his chin isnt the best but his recovery has always carried him through. the weight cut obviously had bad affects on that aspect of his conditioning. he needs to forget about this shit and give henry a shot at 135 or defend vs moraes/assuncao and henry can fight joe b. if both of them win run the fight back at 135.

but tj at 125 needs to never happen again. his chin and other internal shit may never fully recover from this 125 idea.

TJ going to 125 was stupid af idea. Hopefully fighters would learn that doing those drastic weight cuts is terrible for them.
