Different grappling competitions?

I know there's ADCC and Mundials. Then there's NAGA and Grappler's Quest.
I know ADCC is no gi and Mundials is for BJJ.

What other world class grappling competition is out there and what's the difference
between them? (ex. pure bjj, gi, nogi, special rules) And what country are these
competitions held? I hear Pan American winners, but where is that held?

I would like to watch one live and just want to know what's out there.
