I did a google search but apparently there is no nutritional difference. I always bought brown due to the "brown is healthier" mindset that has been instilled in me lol. Recently though I started buying white eggs and damn, they taste better to me. To me it seems like the yolks are sweeter but I dunno. Plus brown eggs are more expensive. Is there any difference other than the type of hen that laid them? I'm getting white from now on.
