    Is this an acceptable diet? Note: not a meal plan just a list of foods I eat weekly outside of the occasional cheat food?

    MEAT
    Chicken
    Salmon
    Tilapia
    Eggs

    SUPPLEMENTS
    Whey
    Multivitamin
    Green Drinks

    FATS
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    Almonds
    Peanut Butter

    CARBS
    Whole Wheat Pasta
    Whole Wheat Bread
    Oatmeal

    VEGETABLES
    Seasonal

    FRUITS
    Seasonal

    SNACKS
    Greek Yogurt
    Skim Milk

    Note: The majority of my shopping is done at farmer's markets so for vegetables and fruits I only eat by the season. Also I love steak but It isn't a 1x a week food for me or even a 1x a month food since it makes me feel bad and sluggish for a day or two afterwards.

    Looks of to me atleast, as long as the composition is good and its not drenched in sauces etc :p

    Alot like my eating habits, i just try to go for all fresh and natural food. In the terms of not eating prossessed and "tampered with" foods.

    Good old meat/fish+veggies+natural carbs like brown rice etc
