Hey i was wondering if anyone could give me tips on keeping my weight up, i train in mma and i don't do weights but just bodyweight exercises and swimming, at the moment i way around 215 pounds. I would to stay around this weight (heavyweight), so would consumming more protein/ammino acids stop me losing to much weight from general training. I'm not intrested in muscles i just want my weight to remain the same, any good pointers please?
