So I have my first am fight coming up and need to be on a good "fighter" diet, so what is the normal "fighter" diet? But here is the trick, I don't eat ANY meat and lose a lot of Protein, any help with that too?

There are no "good" and "normal" fighter diets. Only diets in which you are losing, gaining, or maintaining weight. Do you need to cut weight for your fight? If so, how much?
