Why is it unbelievable? We still have a couple of UFC fighters who started their careers - and most actually peaked- in Pride.

Diego-Karo is still one of my all time fave fights.

And the Diego Van Helsing is my fave walkout evah.

His fight with Guida was pretty crazy too if I recall correctly. Plus the Koscheck fued and Nick Diaz fight where pretty entertaining.

Never cared for the guy as a person but I can't argue that he was an animal back in the day.
