Siver just gave up

Siver didn't give up. He's had a long career and taken a lot of damage. During the Road To Episodes leading up to this event and when he faced off against Conor you can see his eyes do an automatic shift to the left occasionally.

It's from the trauma his brain has taken.

The straight rights from Conor just affected his brain.

This is a dangerous sport and I hope he's compensated when he retires. All these UFC fighters who have long careers need lifetime health insurance + money when they retire.
