Even a casual fan as myself that never bought into her hype, there is no change necessary. When you're the champion in Women's MMA, with the depth of a bird bath, you don't hide behind "come to the champ." Even McGregor had the balls to step up in a swamped men's divisions and at least try. Ronda was fed cans and got beat by someone so low in the ranks, that I actually make sense.

Cyborg's best UFC win is over a fighter not ranked in the top 15 at bantamweight. Did Ronda ever fight anyone outside the top ten in the UFC?

Regardless of whether one favors Ronda or Cyborg in that potential matchup, changing your mind because of this fight is silly. I'm a Leslie Smith fan, but she's a smallish, mid tier bantamweight. This fight, like so many of Cyborg's fights, was a squash match that padded her record.
