He looked like he could barely stand after the fight, he did the post fight interview sitting on the mat.

But he looked fine during the fight, even up until the moment he KO'd Luke

maybe adrenaline, then it went off and he can feel the pain just like when jones broke his toe

Might be because of the adrenaline during the fight, him not wanting to show weakness during the fight or indeed maybe he injured himself celebrating. It could also be the ref who hurt him if you look back at the footage during th final moments. Rockhold doing damage seems the most likely out of these options.

Kind of looked like the referee inflicted that injury.

he came in hurt I think, at the weigh-in he wasn't putting weight on his one leg and didn't want to walk down the stairs. He was probably able to ignore it during the action due to adrenaline, then the pain set in after the fight. Maybe also be why he came at it with a strictly boxing approach and didn't even try to grapple.

It looks like it was hyperextended inward during that uppercut, I'm sure the ref didn't help lol.

I bet he did something prior, wasn't there a rumour of him being injured before the fight?
