Middle aged man with a HGH gut is not a pro, but trains and has decent kicks. That's it. He is not bad, but not something out of this world like Rogan fans make it sound.

Joe is not a one trick pony at all. He was pretty good at TKD and I think could have had a successful career if he hadn't of got into acting and stand up comedy.
