Sometimes some guys once they get into their 30's or so on will clip their own hair not out of balding but just get tired of having to deal with combing and gelling their hair. It's easier just to clip your own hair down to a 1 or 2 guard every few weeks then having to deal with bed head every morning. Bed head almost necessitates you having to take your showers in the morning. When if you keep it shorter you can take your showers at night then just roll out of bed in the morning get dressed and you're ready to go for the day.

Technically, he didn't answer the question. A similar situation happened with Cub Swanson who normally keeps his hair cut short. Many were surprised when he came in with the vogue side swept hair cut.

I'm guessing that he is not fully bald. I think he would have similar look to Joe Rogan (before shaving) if he let his hair grow.
