A solid takedown/throw/slam should be worth 10 sig. strikes.
This means the score for sig. strikes between the two is really 20 of 50 for Lewis and 35 of 82 for Latifi. This number for Latifi is gotten by including his 3/7 Takedowns, so his total sig. strike numbers 35 sig. strikes out of 82 total attempts (a failed takedown is ten failed sig. strike attempts).
Lewis sig. strike percentage is 40% while Latifis is 42%. Too close to call it in either direction.
Overall it comes down to if you value control on the feat and striking and such or wrestling and judo throws and stuff. At the time I thought Latifi won it but I can see why Lewis won. It's not like the Jones-Reyes fight.
