Did I get a fake pair of Reyes?

I decided to give reyes another try, I owned a pair of hook and loop previously and didn't like the padding but decided I'd give the lace up glove another try and there was a sale I couldn't pass up. Now the hook and loop I got from a reyes official distributor, this pair I got off of amazon for around 110$ so I saw a sale and jumped on it I don't think it's an official distributor. This pair doesn't really smell at all, and the padding is quite dense (not a bad thing) but I do want to know I'm getting a real pair, are these fake? Or what's going on?

Amazon doesn't usually deal with fakes. The stuff they sell is legit. Of course if its a seller on Amazon that could be a different story. Best thing to do is post some pics so we can see them. Possibly the extra padded training gloves? We need pics my friend.

Hmmm yeah I can post some later, what I meant wasn't fake persay, I read a post a while back about made in mexico vs made for US version? Taht's what I meant I don't think these are fake but I'm curious which version I got, and if made in mexico version was of higher quality?

There's no doubt I got a real pair, I should clarify I believe these are real. I guess what my real question was, was since I got a different 'version' than what is typically considered reyes, is the quality worse? It certainly looks nice right now from where I'm sitting...

They look totally legit. I guess I still don't understand what you mean by a different version that is typically considered Reyes. A Reyes is a Reyes. As for smell....I don't know what to tell you. My safetecs don't smell anything like my trainers. I don't know man......they are real though. I wouldn't think too much into it. Just enjoy them

It was off some 3rd party seller on amazon and it was the last one sorry man. The padding is actually really stiff which I'm not used to. I guess I should enjoy it since that was the main gripe I had with my first pair of Reyes, perhaps someday I'll grow into loving a puncher's glove. And it doesn't really smell at all, which isn't that bad either. With my last pair the whole garage smelled like it overnight haha alright just wondering guys thanks.
