A man in La Crosse Wisconsin flipped his Audi while it was parked between two vehicles.

Seems he was drunk as he was booked into jail on 5th offense OWI and operating a vehicle after revocation.

How on earth did he manage that?

I assume he was drunk enough that he couldn't tell anyone. Apparently there were witnesses. I assume he thought he had his foot on the brake but was on the accelerator instead.
