Did GSP change his tune on strength and conditioning before or after Rushfit?

Because he's all about it on his excercise DVDs which seems weird considering he says its useless in MMA in interviews he gives as recently as 2010. Anyone know what the deal is?
 
Maybe a few extra dollars are what he's after. A workout DVD from an MMA champion would sell pretty well I imagine.

Useless for him doesn't mean useless for the average Joe.

And can you link to this interview you speak of?
 
I use RushFit. It's awesome. It really helped bring the intensity into my life and prep me for BJJ training.

GSP says he doesn't beleive in S&D. But who knows. I think it has gotten him somewhere for sure.

Rushfit isn't marketed towards pro fighters, or those with the desire to be one, but instead to the work-out-at-home crowd?
 
workout tapes are for housewives imo, GSP seems to feel the same way.
 
He basically said he works out to look good because it makes him more marketable.

oh same as Overeem bulked 40 lbs of muscle only to look good ,be marketable ,deadlift over 300 kg for reps soo he could feel better,and strongman exercises just for fun .those 40 pounds have nothing with his K1 title...
 
IIRC GSP said that lifting weights isn't nescessary for MMA.
