He hasn't fought since his loss in 2016.
Coming back very soon from multiple injuries. Can't fucking wait either!.
Nah fam just constantly injured. Probs should way he’s gone.
He's coming back till he gets injured again
He's done. He might fight again but he's effectively retired at this point
Imagine if he comes back again and wins the belt. He will be solidified as the greatest BW ever and be in p4p discussion.
He just fights for the title every three years or so.
So he’s nearly over due!
Expect him back for a title shot very soon.
He bulked up and fights Jon next weekend
He's hoping to fight again this year.
Hes turning 35 next month and has fought 9 times in the past decade.........
honestly does it matter
hes effectively the BW Cain Relaxquez
Both him and Cain have glass bodies. Too bad, cause I enjoyed watching them fight.
Would be insanely impressive but I don't think his body's capable of it any more mate. Was just sad to see Cody dance around him and hell that was in 2016 and about 3-4 odd injuries ago guy's fight IQ might still win him some lower tier fights but I don't see him beating the elite at 135 anymore tbh.
hopefully they book him vs Garbrandt or Dillashaw or Frankie or Aldo
His knees retired
Cruz should have pulled out of the Garbrandt fight, he was severely debilitated by plantar fascia tendinitis. I thought this was common knowledge. Watch any of Dom's fights and tell me he was 100 percent.
Shogun has been holding his beer...
Hes always welcome back..I dont give a shit, hes a treat to watch even if its once every 5 years.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, people can dismiss Dominick Cruz at their own peril.
Any guy who can battle through multiple major, career altering injuries and come back and win the championship from the reigning, dominate champion after a virtual five year layoff should never be counted out of the conversation.
The guy is a stud, and there's no fighter worth their salt that is going to take him lightly.
