Diaz wasn't flustered, nor was Conor.

Can we please stop talking about who flustered who at the press conference? None of us have any idea if either of them were actually affected by the trash talk.

It was a decent exchange, unlike most of Conor's previous opponents. Conor finally has a dance partner.

Anything is better than Rafael "Conor can talk all he wants, I'll do my talking in the cage" pulls out and talks shit on Twitter Dos Anjos

Yeah, let's reduce the number of threads about press conferences by creating another one.

Brilliant.

Yes, one thread changes everything compared to the hundreds of threads on this topic.

I have to admit, I was a little disappointed in Nate. I don't think he was any more flustered than he usually is, but I was hoping he would be a little more aggressive. no middle fingers and I don't even think he used the word "bitch". Come on Nate, you're better than that

Nate did alright on a short notice. And he did say bitch ass belt :) It is hard for Conor to destroy him after saving the day.

His point had nothing to do with limiting the threads or discussion about the press conference. It was about not making more out of it than what it is or pretending to know the psychological effect.

Yup.

Except this is sherdog and so we get a plethora of fanthreads insisting one or the other "lost"

Personally found it entertaining, some of the putdowns were hilarious. Thought Diaz seemed like he's taken a few too many punches to the face though. I'm also getting worried McGregor has outgrown his perfectly tailored suits.

Nate Diaz fights angry with a chip on his shoulder if its in the dressing room or the Octagon. The Diaz bros are mad at everyone when it comes to fighting pretty much all the time.

Jim Miller might very well be the nicest human to fight in MMA and Nate was cursing and freaking out at him apropos of nothing. He's going to fight angry and emotional because that is literally his baseline.

For Conor, the guy is perfectly calm under fire and performs well under pressure.

This isn't really a 'in your head' situation with these two guys.

It's Sherdog.
Everyone here has a degree in social psychology.

I completely agree with you.

The only real time anyone seemed mad was when Diaz said everyone was on steroids. He didn't say Conor was, but when Conor thought he did, Nate started talking shit lol

The only person who was flustered was Dave Sholler. He was having them flashbacks.
