I am Diaz fan (not a hardcore fan)

but him going to 185 makes zero sense to me,
he's too small for that division,
Just like Nate is too small for 170.

Unless Diaz was fighting Anderson Silva at 185, then I do not see the point.
Fighting Bisping doesn't make sense, Bisping is too big and strong and Diaz has little chance or subbing him or KO'ing him.

Can you imagine Diaz trying to fight Weidman? he'd totally over power him.

So fans of Diaz or neutrals.. Do any of you see the sense of him at 185 fighting Bisping?

When I think of Nick Diaz at 185 I think of Nate Diaz at 170...he would beat up whats his name and who gives a crap, but would get manhandled by any actual name. IE Bisping, Munoz, and god forbid Machida or Weidman.

I just think the only 185 fight that would work is Silva vs Diaz

if god forbid Silva lost to Weidman (again)
Then I would wanna see Diaz step to 185 and face Anderson

This has nothing to do with Nick Diaz shooting for the M.W Belt(no one ever said anything about that but you TS). It's a big fight without any title implications whatsoever as this fight pertains solely to a big event in which everyone wants to see... For all intensive purposes, this fight is only for pure joy & excitement.

I agree. He looks tall because he is so lean, but he is only about 6 feet even and has a small frame. The average mw is 6'1 with an above average frame. I think he should stay at ww where he has a bit of a reach advantage though not much. Today's ww's are getting bigger

Everyone knows that. But if Diaz were to beat Bisping, Nick Diaz could could ask for a rematch against Condit, and if he wins that, then Diaz would be close to having another shot for the w.w belt.

I just want Diaz to take a fight that makes sense..
ok Bisping would be a big fight and money for him... but that's all
oh and all the trash talk.

But Maia or Koscheck or loser of Lawler/Rory makes better sense

Hey it's not a perfect world, and sometimes these things don't make sense, but what I just told you with what facts we have in hand now seems like a real good possibility...

  20. Maybe he wants to race Baby Jay and see who can pick up their 10th loss first before retiring
